Hello Ladies,
You know those days when you are out lunching with your friends happily sipping on Sangrias and your mother suddenly calls you up saying you need to go for a cousin’s wedding at night. A cousin you've never even met in your life and you have absolutely no idea what you're going to wear. Oh the horror. Y'all know what I'm talking about. If it were up to me I would put on my sweat pants, thrown on a hoddie and be out the door but my mother wouldn’t have any of it. So I had to put in some effort into looking effortlessly presentable. 'Society' amiright? Evidently I had no outfit planned for this wedding shenanigan and after failed attempts of trying to get out of it I raided my closet and put together this fun combination. I had bought a corset which obviously I had never worn and decided to pair it up with a flowly georgette skirt. For a stand out statement I add a black sequence scarf to give it the illusion of an Indian attire. I also added my favourite pair of long earnings since I wanted to go simple with the neck to give the scarf a chance to stand out. And there you have it. An outfit that will create a lasting impression without having to wearing too much of bling for a wedding you know nothing about. And by nothing I mean nobody. Not even the bride and the groom.
